Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across Jordan. For international orders, please contact us directly.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: Delivery in 3-5 business days
• Express shipping: Delivery in 1-2 business days
• Remote areas may require additional time

Shipping Fees

• Standard shipping: 10.00 JD — Express shipping: 25.00 JD
• Free shipping on orders over 500.00 JD

Customers may receive updates via phone, email, or WhatsApp regarding their order status.

• KDental is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
• Deliveries are made during standard working hours

3. Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be in resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Sterile or single-use items
• Special orders or customized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos and order details
• We will arrange replacement or appropriate resolution

4. Return Process

• Provide order details and reason for return
• Our team will review and confirm eligibility
• Arrange return pickup or delivery

5. Refunds

Approved returns may be eligible for:

• Replacement
• Store credit

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
