Air-N-Go® polishing powders are formulated to match each clinical indication. CLASSIC powders (~76 µm sodium bicarbonate) remove colored stains and bacterial plaque from supragingival surfaces, with five flavor options (Classic, Citron, Mint, etc.) to improve patient acceptance. PEARL powder (~55 µm calcium carbonate, sodium-free) is gentler — suitable for patients on sodium-restricted diets and safe on composite restorations. PERIO powder (~25 µm natural glycine, neutral flavor) is engineered for sub-gingival use as part of supportive periodontal and peri-implant therapy, where its low abrasiveness and small particle size minimize root cementum and soft-tissue trauma while removing biofilm. Used with Air-N-Go® Easy and compatible Acteon air polishing units.
