3M™ ESPE™ Stainless Steel Primary Molar Crowns are pre-belled, pre-crimped and pre-festooned crowns supplied in 72 anatomical sizes (upper-right / upper-left / lower-right / lower-left, first- and second-primary-molar variants in numbered sizes) so that minimal trimming and contouring is needed when placing the crown to fit. Work-hardened construction with decreasing cervical wall thickness gives the crown excellent marginal adaptation, while the duplicated natural-tooth anatomy provides a life-like contour and a tight contact relationship with the adjacent dentition. The crown system maintains the natural tooth-substance loss as low as possible, secures the space for the permanent successor to erupt into place, and delivers a fast, simple chairside procedure across the full primary molar dentition.
