Transbond™ Plus Self Etching Primer is made of a hydrophilic material that performs equally well in moist or dry environments. This helps you avoid moisture contamination, which can otherwise compromise bond strength and result in loose brackets at any stage of the bonding process.

With this self-etching primer, the ortho bonding strength is similar whether the product is applied to moist or dry teeth. Unlike other adhesive systems, it performs both etching and penetration of monomers into the demineralized enamel in one easy step, resulting in less enamel loss compared to traditional etching.
