3M™ Transbond™ XT Light Cure Adhesive Primer is the wetting agent used in the Transbond XT orthodontic bonding system. Applied to the air-dried tooth as a thin uniform film, it provides an extended working time for precise bracket placement before light curing, and the immediate post-cure bond strength allows the archwire to be tied in directly after curing — eliminating the wait that is otherwise needed. Delivered as a 6 ml bottle with a 12-month expiration, the primer integrates with the Transbond XT Adhesive paste and Transbond XT Bracket Bonding Resin to form a complete, light-cured bonding system for both metal and ceramic brackets. The system is compatible with single-tooth, multi-bracket and full-arch direct bonding workflows.
